Representing the "Sun" from old slavic religion, this patch was used buy volunteer fighters that were absolutely brutal. The lived and breathed in cultivating Russian superiority tourturing Ukraining civilians and soldiers alike.  The unit has also been linked to Ukrainian child abductions that happened during the first year of the 2022 Russian / Ukrainian war.
